Frequently asked questions
Is it safe to open a microwave myself?
No. Microwaves hold a high voltage charge even when unplugged. Leave internal repairs to a technician.
Why is it sparking?
Metal in the microwave, damaged interior coating or a worn waveguide cover are common causes. Stop using it until it is checked.
Do you repair over-the-range models?
Yes, including the vent fan and lights.
