Problems we handle
- Water left in the bottom after a cycle
- Dishes not getting clean
- Leaking onto the floor
- Not filling with water
- Not starting or stopping mid-cycle
- Dishes not drying
If it is leaking
Turn the dishwasher off, wipe up the water and avoid running it again until it has been checked. Leaks under cabinets can damage flooring quickly.

Frequently asked questions
Why is there water in the bottom?
A clogged filter, a blocked drain hose or garbage disposal connection, or a failed drain pump are common causes.
Can I clean the filter myself?
Yes. Most dishwashers have a removable filter under the bottom rack. Cleaning it regularly helps both drainage and cleaning.
Do you also fix garbage disposals?
Yes. Dishwashers often drain through the disposal, so we check both when needed.
