Frequently asked questions
Why is my dryer taking so long?
A blocked lint trap or vent is the most common cause, and a blocked vent is also a fire risk. Clean the lint trap and call us if it continues.
My washer will not drain. What should I check?
Check the drain hose for kinks and the pump filter if your model has one. If it still will not drain, call for repair.
Do you work on stacked units?
